I love lighthouse, when I started lsu last year this place helped me feel at home and like a cozy place I could study. The workers are always super sweet and talkative and the iced cereal milk latte is amazing, they always get out my coffee to me in less than 5 minutes and it’s awesome especially knowing I can count on the quick pick me up before my morning shifts or classes! I’ve recommended lighthouse to several family members and friends and they’ve all been pleased.

My first "office" of the day, I arrived here early enough to pick a good seat close to the power outlets. Cortado on the menu and when my name was called out a few minutes later, this is perfect. Served precisely the way it should be in a short glass and with another glass of fizzy water. This is a real barista and not one of those "button pusher" types! Over the course of the next hour, Light House Coffee filled up and got chatty. Lots of people talking, a few people working or studying, everyone drinking great coffee. My coffee did its job and over the three hours, I did mine. A lovely busy spot that isn't one of those Green Siren outlets. You will want to get here early to ensure you can get a seat.

This place is gorgeous! The decoration is on trend and the atmosphere is welcoming with a ton of natural light. Great for an all day study session. It’s really great to have a locally-owned non-chain coffee shop in this part of town finally! They have a conference room you can reserve to use and lots of seating indoor and out. There are pastries and biscotti to eat and tasty sounding gourmet toast with toppings like goat cheese and vinegar or avocado and jalapeño. I have tried the pour over coffee and I really enjoyed it! It was served on a cute platter with a carafe with a refill on it. The subtle fruity flavors of the coffee came through very nicely and was delicious both black and with cream and sugar.

Best coffee I’ve had in seven years. I used to work in specialty coffee and the pour over made for me here was unbelievably delicious. I bought a pound for home brewing as well. And then I tried their blueberry and bacon toast. I was skeptical but it tasted absolutely incredible. This is hand down one of the tastiest shops I’ve been to. High recommendation!

If you're looking for the ultimate coffee shop experience look no further. The smell that engulfs you when you enter this place is killer!! My wife and I tried the pick 3 toast and all 3 were very delicious. She had the apple brown sugar latte and enjoyed it. The building itself is very spacious and not crammed at all. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will 100% be back.

Loved it!! I enjoyed my trio breakfast and the two coffees I had ❤✊🏽 i got the Avocado toast, Nutella toast, and the blueberry bacon toast. The service was great except for one of the baristas. I had a plastic small cup of water. I asked him if I could have some water and he didn't even think twice and serve me in the same plastic small cup even though he was giving another person water in a nice glass with ice. Other than that, I love the service and place.

Wow, this place succeeded my expectations. Even when the drink came out, I was hesitant because of the color of the Matcha. However, the drink was perfectly sweetened, the mango purée was one of the most fresh and not overly sweet ones that I’ve had. Sure the Matcha taste could be a little bit stronger, but in Baton Rouge this is probably one of the best tasting ones you can get! I highly recommend and would come back.

Oh my goodness I loved loved this coffee place so much. It is so beautiful and spacious, extremely spacious. You have plenty of room to have study sessions or meetings. They even offer a private room. I love the education of coffee and coffee regions it has on the wall and educational decor. They have your classic latte, along with their own signature drinks. Which are phenomenal. The staff is kind and can help you make recommendations. The coffee is made perfect is not bitter or acidic. Go check them out. Yes it is a college town, but worth it.
